Returns & Refunds

At Met Liefde Heart & Soul, each product is handcrafted with care and intention. Because our items are personal and made in small batches, we kindly ask that you read the following carefully.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@metliefde.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (candles, essential oils, rollers, and wellness items), we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been opened or used.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
